专利说明:

The present invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide, comprising: - a cabinet rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass, which has a side profile section facing the furniture carcass in assembly position, - at least one first fastening section separate from the carcass rail, through which the carcass rail on the furniture carcass to attach.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for mounting a fastening portion on a drawer extension guide of the type to be described.
A drawer pull-out guide with two attachment flanges spaced apart in the longitudinal direction is shown, for example, in DE 10 2004 002 823 A1. The two mounting flanges each have a vertical leg with holes, so that the carcass rail is to be fastened by screws to a side wall of a furniture body. Moreover, the fastening sections each have a horizontal leg, which engage under the carcass rail in the mounting position and thus ensure a stable support of the carcass rail in the vertical direction. It has been shown that the cost of materials for the preparation of the attachment sections and the overall height of the drawer extension guide overall relatively high fails.
Object of the present invention is to provide a drawer extension of the type mentioned above while avoiding the above-mentioned disadvantages.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.
According to the invention, it is thus provided that the first fastening section is connected to the lateral profile section of the carcass rail.
In other words, the attachment portion is connected to the lateral profile section of the carcass rail so that a support flange engaging under the carcass rail can be dispensed with. As a result, on the one hand, the overall height of the drawer extension guide can be reduced; on the other hand, the fastening section can be designed with a relatively short web, which extends in the mounting position only between the side wall of the furniture body and the lateral profile section of the carcass rail.
According to one embodiment, the first attachment portion may be exclusively associated with the side profile portion of the carcass rail.
The first attachment section may have a first web to be fastened to the furniture body and a second web projecting transversely, preferably at right angles, from the first web with a front side facing the lateral profile section of the carcass rail, wherein the end side of the second web is connected to the lateral profile section of the carcass rail. The end face can be formed by the material thickness of the attachment portion, so that the first attachment flange is exclusively connected via this thin material thickness with the lateral profile section of the carcass rail.
It is preferably provided that the at least one first fastening section is welded, for example laser-welded, to the lateral profile section of the carcass rail.
In particular, it may be provided that the attachment portion is butt-welded to the side profile section, ie those areas of the side profile section and the attachment portion which abut each other in the connected state, first heated locally by laser energy or by passing electrical energy to the molten phase and then be connected by pressing together as quickly as possible while maintaining a predetermined joining pressure. By subsequent cooling, the lateral profile section and the fastening flange are then joined together in a material-locking manner.
The method according to the invention for mounting a fastening flange on a drawer pull-out guide is characterized in that the fastening section is butt-welded to the lateral profile section of the cabinet rail, preferably laser-welded.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the embodiment shown in the figures. It shows or show:
1 a furniture with drawers, which are mounted on Schubladenausziehführungen displaceable relative to a furniture body,
2 the drawer extension guide and a drawer side wall to be connected to the drawer rail,
3a, 3b, the drawer extension guide in a perspective view from below and an enlarged detail illustration of this,
4a, 4b, the drawer extension guide in a cross section and an enlarged detail illustration this,
5a, 5b, the drawer extension guide in a side view with two different height positions of the first mounting portion on the carcass rail.
Fig. 1 shows a piece of furniture 1 with drawers 3, which are slidably mounted on Schubladenausziehführungen 4 relative to a furniture body 2. The drawer extension guides 4 are each mounted on opposite side walls of the furniture body 2. The drawer extension guides 4 have a first attachment portion 12 and a second attachment portion 14 for attachment to the furniture body 2, which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the drawer extension guide 4.
Fig. 2 shows the drawer extension guide 4 in a perspective view. The drawer pull-out guide 4 has a carcass rail 9 which is to be fastened to the furniture carcass 2 via the first fastening section 12 and via the second fastening section 14. For this purpose, the first and second fastening sections 12, 14 have one or more fastening points 13, 15 in the form of holes for the passage of fastening means, for example screws. Furthermore, the drawer pull-out guide 4 has a drawer rail 11 to be connected to the drawer side wall 5, an additional middle rail 10 being displaceably mounted between the carcass rail 9 and the drawer rail 11, by means of which a full extension of the drawer 3 relative to the furniture body 2 is made possible. The drawer side wall 5 is formed as a hollow chamber profile, which can be pushed onto the drawer rail 11 and detachably connected thereto. The drawer side wall 5 has a first fastening device 6 for connection to a drawer rear wall, a second fastening device 7 for connection to a drawer front panel, and a web 8 extending horizontally in the mounting position for supporting a drawer bottom.
Fig. 3a shows the drawer extension guide 4 in a view from below. For recognizing is the carcass rail 9, the center rail 10 and the drawer rail 11. At the front end portion of the carcass rail 9, the second mounting portion 14 is arranged, which is carried out according to the prior art. This second attachment portion 14 comprises a first web 14a to be fastened to the furniture body 2 and a second web 14b projecting transversely from the first web 14a, which engages under the carcass rail 9 and is fixedly connected to the underside 9b of the carcass rail 9, for example by spot welding. In this way, the drawer 3 is well supported in the front end in the vertical direction, which may also be appropriate due to the considerable weight of a drawer front panel.
By contrast, the first fastening section 12 is arranged in a middle or in a rear region of the carcass rail 9 and thus also exposed to lower loads compared to the second fastening section 14. The first fastening portion 12 likewise has a first web 12a to be fastened to the furniture body 2 and a second web 12b projecting transversely from the first web 12a, wherein the second web 12b has a lateral, preferably assembly-side, vertical position in the mounting position relative to the furniture body 2 , Profile section 9a of the carcass rail 9 is connected. So that's the first one
Attachment portion 12 only with the side profile portion 9a of the carcass rail 9 in conjunction, wherein the underside 9b of the carcass rail 9 cross-web 14b, as is the case with the second mounting portion 14, may be omitted.
Fig. 3b shows the circled in Fig. 3a area in an enlarged view. The second web 12b projecting transversely from the first web 12a has an end face 12c which faces the lateral profile section 9a of the carcass rail 9 and which is connected to the lateral profile section 9a of the carcass rail 9. The end face 12c may be formed by a material thickness of the second web 12b, so that a very small contact surface between the first mounting portion 12 and the side profile portion 9a of the carcass rail 9 results. It is preferably provided that the first fastening section 12 is welded to the lateral profile section 9a of the carcass rail 9, preferably butt-welded. This can be done easily in the factory by local heating of the parts to be connected by means of laser light.
FIG. 4a shows the drawer extension guide 4 with the first fastening section 12, which is connected in a middle or in a rear region with the carcass rail 9, in a cross section. The first land 12a of the first attachment portion 12 is spaced apart by forming a cavity from the drawer rail 11 and the side profile portion 9a of the body rail 9 in the lateral direction. The carcass rail 9 has a horizontally extending underside 9b and a first attachment portion 12 facing, lateral and preferably perpendicular profile section 9a. The first attachment portion 12 is thus connected via the end face 12c of the web 12b directly to the side profile section 9a of the carcass rail 9, without undermining the underside 9b of the carcass rail 9. 4b shows the area circled in FIG. 4a in an enlarged view. The second web 12b of the first attachment portion 12 can be performed with a relatively short length L. For example, it is possible to adjust the length L according to the different thicknesses of side walls 5, so that a greater length L is provided for thicker side walls 5 and a shorter length L for narrower side walls 5.
5a and 5b show the drawer pull-out guide 4 with different height positions of the first fastening section 12 on the carcass rail 9. The second fastening section 14 arranged in the front end region of the carcass rail 9 can be designed for reasons of higher load capacity according to the prior art, ie the second leg 14b rests against the underside 9b of the carcass rail 9 and thus well supports the drawer 3 in the front end region for receiving vertical forces. The arranged in the middle or in the rear end of the carcass rail 9 second mounting portion 12, however, may be connected at different height positions with the side profile portion 9a of the carcass rail 9. In Fig. 5a, the first attachment portion 12 is fixed at a first height position relative to the side profile portion 9a, resulting in a height difference relative to the second attachment portion of 2.5 mm. This difference in height causes the rear end portion of the drawer rail 11 to be slightly raised from the front end portion of the drawer rail 11 and, consequently, to extend more easily from a closed position to an open position. In contrast, FIG. 5b shows a second, lower height position of the first fastening section 12 on the lateral profile section 9a of the carcass rail 9, so that only a small height difference between the first fastening section 12 and the second fastening section 14 results from 0.5 mm.
Some advantages of the invention are enumerated below: - a lower overall height of the drawer pull-out guide 4, because the first fixing section 12 does not have the rail 14b engaging under the carcass rail 9, so that additional storage space of the drawer 3 can be obtained, - the first fixing section 12 can be customized and customer-oriented can be positioned on the carcass rail 9, whereby fewer special parts are required, - by the reduced contact surfaces between the first mounting portion 12 and the carcass rail 9 adjacent areas can be specifically spared or completely recessed in butt welding, the welding of the first mounting portion 12 can not until the End of production of the drawer pull-4 take place, creating additional flexibility for special solutions and small production quantities is available, - the first mounting portion 12 can be for each nominal length of the drawer extension 4 are positioned individually, whereby the inclined position of the drawer extension guide 4 can be optimally adjusted for easier extension of the drawer rail 11, - often the drawer extension guide 4 is made of a galvanized material. Due to the small contact surfaces, therefore, the evaporation of zinc is less and causes less quality problems, especially since the end face 12c of the first mounting portion 12 is punched and thus has only a small zinc order, - through the small contact surfaces between the body rail 9 and the first mounting portion 12, these can be precisely preprocessed, with annoying layers or impurities can be easily removed with lasers at a low power level, - the first mounting flange 12 requires a low material consumption, since the crosspiece web 9 under cross-bridge 14b (Fig. 3a) is not mandatory, - Due to the small contact surfaces and higher production cycle times are achievable in the factory, for example, by process-safe laser technology, since a weld can be made only in those areas where a strength is imperative - the first fastening The section 12 and the second mounting portion 14 can be identical punched, it is only the length of the board differently, - it is the use of energy-efficient laser welding technology possible because smaller welds cause less thermally heated melting areas, - the mobility of a modern laser welding head can also be used for the use of the entire height of stiffening beads of the carcass rail 9, wherein thinner material thicknesses of the components used can be used - when using subsequent powder coating when using a first mounting portion 12 no plate duplications are present. By capillary action, namely, the coating powder could be in between the
The packing volume and the weight of the drawer pull-out guide 4 can be reduced, the first fastening sections 12 are made slightly smaller than the second fastening sections 14 and 14, and the bottom part 9b of the carcass rail 9 (FIG. 3a) can therefore be more easily supplied during assembly and during in-house transport, - welding tolerances are not predetermined by the basic production of the drawer extension guide 4, ie when welding the first mounting portions 12 to the carcass rail 9 tolerances can be easily compensated.
